This is a static website. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and builds no visitor profiles. Standard server request logs may be retained by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

Information you send

If you contact Q-Vision Solutions by email, that message and your contact details are used solely to respond and to evaluate whether an engagement is a fit. They are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

Protected health information

Do not send protected health information, patient identifiers, or confidential organizational documents in an initial message. Where an engagement requires access to sensitive material, a secure transfer method and the appropriate written agreements are established first.

Engagement material

Documents, data, and findings produced during an engagement are treated as confidential to the client and handled under the terms of the governing agreement. De-identified patterns may inform general practice knowledge; client organizations, individuals, sites, and events are not identified in any public material.
